Ming-Jer Chen is Founder-Director of The Wharton School's Global Chinese Business Initiative, Senior Fellow at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Visiting Professor of Management, Imperial College of Science, Technology, and Medicine, England. He will assume a new post as Bigelow Research Professor of Business Administration at the Darden School of the University of Virginia in July 2001
